Visits to the High Force Centre.
The Year 6 children at Ingleby Mill Primary School have been visiting the HIGH FORCE CENTRE during the Summer term for a 3 day / 2 night residential outdoor and adventurous experience over the past 4 years.
The Centre affords children of this age with a good standard of accommodation and provides plenty of opportunities for them to engage in a range of challenging activities like rock climbing / abseiling, gorge walking, canoeing and raft building.
The standard of instruction provided and the quality of equipment used on these different activities have made these experiences very worthwhile and importantly very safe for all of our visiting children to access.
The Y6 pupils and the accompanying staff here at Ingleby Mill Primary School are really looking forward to the planned residential at the High Force Centre 2009.
